VJ Henque
VJ Henque (also known as Henk Nijman, formerly known as Shurly) is everything you'd expect from a VJ... and more, maybe more than you can handle. This flamboyant, red-haired, bearded maverick reinvents VJ'ing almost every year with his appetite for and knowledge of technology. Sick holograms are just the baseline for him. Anything below a military-grade, zillion-GHz computer he considers a pocket calculator.
He's racked up literally tens of millions of Instagram views with his vivid, detailed 3D eyecandy. He's now also a specialist in applying game engines to VJ'ing, such as Unreal and VR. The result? A dedicated circle of fans and residencies, like Drum-n-Bass heaven WTF and the infamous Doornroosje underground scene. Recently, Henque became a full band member as VJ for Killerhertz.
