VJ Aineko (Kristel Doest) 💃🏻🪩
Get this party started! If you want fun, groove and visual beauty to be the backdrop of your party, all in one, you've found a soulmate: VJ Aineko. Mixing her own funky, bold and colorful animations with exactly the right dash of video clips, she's a true party-starter indeed.
Aineko took this talent to the next level with her first collective, Geek on Heels, also performing on stage while mixing — which, as many VJs can attest, is a stunning feat (earning her a Golden Gnome Award). She continues to mix this way on a regular basis with our partner Dames Draaien Door.
Being a classic club VJ at Club AIR Amsterdam adds yet another chapter to a long row of venues: Paradiso, Melkweg and Club Salazu in Prague. Kristel lives and works in the Amsterdam region and also teaches video design.
