Tania Kross is a Dutch mezzo-soprano. She was born in Curaçao and already has plenty of successful years behind her. The Concertgebouw chose her as Rising Star of the 2004/2005 season. She also toured various concert halls around the world (such as Paris, Vienna, Athens, Birmingham, Cologne and New York). In 2006, Tania held her own festival, Krossin'Gouda, at MuseumGouda, where art disciplines meet.
Besides her musical side, Tania also appeared on various TV shows such as Wie is de Mol?, Beste Zangers (as the first opera singer) and The Masked Singer.
From late 2019 through February 2020, Tania toured the most beautiful venues in the Netherlands to bring the audience into contact with her own show Van Mozart tot Madonna. The concert takes audiences on a surprising journey through 24 immortal songs across the years.
